  • Know how to react in Chinese language in different situations in tourism.

 

TRAINING PROGRAM

1. Phonetics

  • Shades.

  • Vowels, consonants and their combinations.

2. Greet  

 

  • Greetings.

  • Polite formulas;

  • The basics of Chinese grammar: sentence structure, negative and interrogative form.

  • The scenario: first meeting with the Chinese.

3. Welcome

 

  • The polite formulas in the reception.

  • The phrases to make the Chinese feel welcome.

  • Know how to present yourself.

  • The scenario: present your establishment.

4. The numbers

 

  • Know how to count.

  • Gestures to count.

  • The date.

  • Time.

  • The price.

5. At the restaurant

  • The vocabulary: food and drink.

  • Polite formulas in the restaurant.

  • To take orders.

  • Make simple recommendations.

  • Ask for the food preference of Chinese customers.

  • Ask for customer reviews.

 

6. At the store

 

  • Hospitality packages at the store.

  • Be able to understand basic product questions.

  • Negotiate prices.

 

7. At the hotel

 

  • Vocabulary: different types of room, room number, floor, locations.

  • Hospitality packages specific to the hotel.

  • The situation: at the reception with Chinese tourists.

 

8. Answer the phone

 

  • Polite expressions on the phone.

  • Request simple information about the client.

  • Make simple proposals.

  • Say and read phone numbers.

9. Getting around

 

  • Vocabulary: means of transport.

  • Express yourself from a geographic map or a city plan.
