CHINAFI, the partner  Marseille from the Marseille Tourist Office to promote our region on the Chinese market, conducted a training "Welcoming Chinese tourists" on April 26, 2018 in the premises of the Marseille Tourist Office.

The establishments of the most diverse horizons came to participate;  thus the hotel industry, local shops, transport companies and other private companies have sent their representatives in order to better understand, and even discover, the characteristics of this rapidly growing clientele in our region.

The training had to be very interactive, and the exchanges between the experience of the trainer Dan and the experiences of the participants were particularly enriching. At the end of this half-day spent in a friendly and humorous atmosphere thanks to the involvement of everyone, the participants declared that they were now in a position to better understand the behaviors and expectations of their Chinese "hosts" as well as being able to put into practice the few tips revealed in this session in order to "heal" their reception even more.
